Care and Support Ministry
With the guidance from our God Almighty and the able leadership of committed men and women at the helm, the Care and Support Group, is a success in term of producing responsible and matured church workers.
Now on its 10th year, many CGF graduates have already integrated themselves on BCF's various service groups and ministries while others readily volunteer themselves and are always visible on church sponsored undertakings. Indeed, these are not just members who have assimilated themselves in the family of God but workmen approved by God to serve Him for His honor and glory. ![]() CLASS cell grouping
Care and Support Ministry conducts a year round continuing seminar every Friday and Sunday right after the service. Basic introduction to our church family is being imparted on new Christian believers, new BCF members and first time visitors on CLASS Level 101 - Discovering Church Membership. Many of us came from different churches with different background and denominations. The need for the basic introduction to our family is clearly explained at this level including the purpose of BCF's existence. Spiritual maturity is imbued next to the attendees by teaching the skills and tools necessary for spiritual growth on Class Level 201- Discovering Spiritual Maturity. Thus, church membership and spiritual maturity form the foundation for an individual's assimilation to the ministry he/she is best qualified to serve God. This is where CLASS Level 301- Discovering My Spiritual Gifts. Cell Group activities teaches members to become responsible leaders interperse with the year calendar of activities. The usual outdoor fellowships are held 2 to 3 times a year to further develop and strengthen solidarity of the group as Brothers and Sisters. Pastors and church leaders are the teachers to impart God's wisdom on different subjects Certificate of Recognition are given to deserving attendees and graduates. A crash course of Level 101, 201 and 301 is also open for those who are believers and already for more than one year and either BCF members or are intending to apply for membership. Without a doubt, camaraderie is very contagious here at CGM as members testify. In addition, they attest that their personalities have improved and they gained self-confidence on their outlook in life, and essential element in sharing God's love and plan for other people.
