A Senior Pastor in the person of Rev. Alfredo K. Cudiamat heads the BCF. With him is the Church Board (CB), which serves as the deciding body in addressing all church matters. The board members are chosen or voted upon by duly registered church members from among the group of area pastors, deacons and elders. They usually serve for a single term of two years.

Each of the CB members chairs a particular ministry, such as Prayer Ministry, Church Ethics and Counseling, Transport and General Services. The other ministries of the church are: the Church School, the Youth, Singles and Family or Committed To You (C2U), Evangelism and Follow-up,Care & Support Group is included here, Music, Arts and Drama, Finance, Training and Seminar, Program, Missions and Publication. Looking at each ministry, one can always find a place where he can belong: young or old, single or married, new or old-time believers.
